Klaudia’s prior exposure to the commercial property sector means she is uniquely placed to understand the point of view of a range of a clients including government agencies, multi-national corporations and Australian SME businesses. Her innovative approach to real estate sales and business development have enabled her to consistently maintain over 97% occupancy in her centre, which resulted in the rapid expansion of the business. At the same time, her great people skills and work ethic, matched with a brilliant negotiation ability have allowed her to find winning solutions for her clients.

Klaudia has also lived and worked in Europe and Japan and can fluently speak three languages. Over the last 20 years, she has perfected her office leasing skills working for the leading premium serviced office provider, which spread across 30 major cities and 125 executive centres across Asia and Australia.

Since joining the Belle Commercial team on the Northern Beaches, Klaudia has focused on expanding the commercial and retail side of the business and dedicated to transferring her skills and experience to achieving the best results for her local Northern Beaches community. To date Klaudia has achieved two National Awards for her outstanding work, and is recognised by the community as one of the leading agents.
